Education & TRAINING Offerings
Global Gaming Women offers several educational programs of core curriculum, business skills, leadership development, and personal growth. Currently, our GGW educational opportunities are offered throughout the United States, Australia, and Europe.
All of our in-person educational classes are offered via scholarships. We never charge for the programs or courses. Applicant selection process is done by an independent subcommittee of the Education Committee. In awarding scholarships, the committee weighs each applicant’s background in the industry, diversity of roles and companies, and the depth of their experience.

Education pyramid & Criteria
This impactful program comprises two full-day sessions specifically designed for women seeking foundational skills for career advancement. Serving as a stepping stone to further educational opportunities, Leadership Foundations concentrates on essential areas to establish a strong leadership foundation.. |
Level 2: Leadership
This two-day program, tailored for managers and those newly appointed to director or senior manager roles aims to enhance participants' management skills and foster leadership development.
Eligibility Criteria: Must be a Manager or newly appointed Director, holding a current or similar position for at least 3 years. The candidate should oversee a shift or specific area of responsibility, but not be the most senior position within their area or department.
Level 3: W
This exclusive educational opportunity is designed for women leaders holding senior-level responsibilities in their respective departments or organizations within the gaming and related industries. This 2.5-day conference will cover strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and advanced coaching skills.
Eligibility Criteria: Must be the most senior individual in their department, area of responsibility, or organization with at least 5 years of experience in their current position or similar role.
Level 4: W Alumni
This conference is for women who have participated in the W Development Conference and hold a senior or executive position in their department, area of responsibility, or organization. This 2 day alumni event is focused on how members can “pay it forward” and invest in Global Gaming Women opportunities for existing and future members.
Eligibility Criteria: Must be the most senior individual in their department, area of responsibility, or organization with of 5 years of experience in current position or similar role AND a previous attendee of a W Conference.
